How to Draw circles in a Sketch
Center point circle
- ① Click on the sketch.
- ② Click on any plane.
- ③ Click on the Center point circle command.
- ④ Click on any points.(Center point)
- ⑤ Click on any points.
3 point circle
- ① and ② are the same as in the previous section, so they are omitted.
- ③ Pull down Center point circle.
- ④ Click on the 3 point circle command.
- ④ Click on any points.(3 points)
Ellipse
- ① and ② are the same as in the previous section, so they are omitted.
- ③ Pull down Center point circle.
- ④ Click on the Ellipse command.
- ⑤ Click on any points.(Center point)
- ⑥ Click on any points.(Width is determined)
- ⑦ Click on any points.(Height is determined)
Is the technology usable with other CAD systems?
This knowledge can be used in other CAD applications.
Similar commands are available in CAD such as CATIAV5, NX, and SOLIDWORKS, and the operation methods are almost the same.
The Center point circle is especially important because it is used often.
